Refund policy
If Velloskin isn't working for you, return it. The 60-day money-back guarantee is the most-claimed promise on the site, and this page is the operational version of that promise. No fight, no return shipping cost on you, no fees.
1. The 60-day promise
You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. If you decide Velloskin isn't a fit, email us within that window and we will issue a full refund of the product price to your original payment method.
The 60-day window is intentionally long. The Velloskin protocol is 30 nights of consistent wear; we want you to have time to complete the protocol AND time to evaluate before deciding whether to keep the product.
2. How to start a return
Email hello@velloskin.com with your order number and a brief note that you would like to return. We will reply with a prepaid return shipping label within one business day.
You can also tell us why the product didn't work for you, but you are not required to. The 60-day guarantee is no-questions-asked.
3. Refund processing
Once we receive your returned package, we will process your refund within five business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3 to 7 business days to post the refund to your account.
4. Damaged or defective products
If your kit arrives damaged, or the patch is defective in a way that prevents normal use, email us within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no charge. We do not require a return of damaged or defective items.
5. Used patches
You may return Velloskin even if you have already used the patch. The point of the protocol is to test whether Velloskin works for you, and you cannot test it without using it. We process returns of used patches the same as unused, with full refund.
6. Original packaging
Original packaging is not required for a return. If you have it, including it helps us with internal logistics, but the absence of packaging does not affect your refund.
7. Subscription clarification
Velloskin is a one-time purchase. There is no auto-ship at checkout, and we will never charge you again unless you place a new order or specifically opt into a maintenance refill program. If you see an unexpected charge on your account that you did not authorize, email us immediately and we will investigate and refund.
