Shipping policy
Where Velloskin ships, how long it takes, what tracking looks like, and what happens when something goes wrong with delivery.
1. Where we ship
Velloskin ships worldwide. Most countries are supported through our standard tracked shipping service. A small number of regions are unsupported due to carrier or customs restrictions; if your country is unavailable at checkout, that is why.
2. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends and holidays begin processing the next business day.
3. Shipping time
Standard delivery is 7 to 12 business days from the day your order ships. You will receive a tracking link by email when your kit leaves the warehouse.
Delivery time can vary based on your location, customs processing in some countries, and seasonal carrier demand. The 7-to-12-business-day window is typical; some orders arrive faster.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. US orders over $69 ship free. International rates are shown before you complete checkout, with no hidden fees added later.
5. International orders and customs
For orders shipping outside the United States, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be charged on arrival. These charges are set by your country's customs authority and are not collected by Velloskin. Refusing a delivery to avoid customs charges does not entitle you to a refund of shipping costs.
6. Tracking
Every order ships with end-to-end tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email when your kit ships. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the link is sent, depending on the carrier's first scan.
7. Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, or if your delivery is more than 14 business days past the order date and has not arrived, email hello@velloskin.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and either confirm delivery, ship a replacement, or issue a refund.
8. Address changes
Address corrections must be requested before your order is dispatched. Once tracking is active, the carrier controls the delivery, and we cannot intercept the package. Email us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to correct the shipping address.
